We at EMCO have realized that in fashion footwear to stay ahead in terms of competitiveness, one of the most important factors is TIME. We have built in-house capacities in all areas of shoe making processes of the product to reduce lead times considerably. With a total of three lasting mechanized conveyers, we have a total capacity of 3000 pairs/day.
All the assembly lines have been imported from Italy with upgraded state of the art machines in the world to ensure a world class product. The assembly line manufacturing process ensures us consistency that our branded customer is looking for.
All the production & engineering is done in house leading to enhanced quality control, reduced lead times & making it cost competitive.
This allows us to test production techniques and fully develop and commercialize the innovative products of our clients under one roof. We pride ourselves in creating solutions for our client however complex and unique in its design and production From a modest background of 100 Pairs Per day 3 decades ago to 3000 pairs a day, EMCO EXPORTS has come a long way. With A ultra modern plant Operating at optimum capacity and a 2nd plant in under development we have the confidence of maintaining our growth trajectory. In a country like India where shoe making has been a traditional business, we mixed it up with latest technology and modern machinery to come up with products that became winners at the international level.
